The husband of the late actress Brittany Murphy was found dead in his home at the Hollywood Hills.

Simon Monjack, 39, was pronounced dead last night presumably of natural causes after the investigation of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Brittany Murphy’s mother, Sharon, was the one who called the LAPD when she found the British screenwriter unresponsive. His death comes just five months after the death of his wife.

After the death of Brittany, Monjack told reporters that they had been planning for the future.

“We were going to have children and move to New York next year. The night before she died we were deciding baby names and she said if it was a boy it was going to be Oliver and if it was a girl, Sophie.”
