My Compact Green Bag
I discovered this really lovely tote bag after I went in National Bookstore to buy a pen. It is very handy you can carry it every day just in case you’ll be having unexpected shopping. That way, you don’t have to use the store’s packaging, which most probably is a plastic. Thus, you will be reducing plastic usage that, I think, is the major contributor in our waste.
The bag comes with a strechable pouch, which by the way has a really nice feeling when touched, for easy compacting so you can carry the bag with you wherever you go. The bag, when secured in its pouch, looks like ball that you would throw to your cat to play. But I do not recommend you tossing this bag to your cat.
It can hold up to 35 lbs and comes with a no-slip shoulder strap.
It is very affordable. It only cost me 150 Philippine peso to get this nice bag.
So go get one like this and be a friend to the earth. Simple steps can really make a difference.
