According to scientists, women who have seductive pouts appear to be younger than their age.

The research was done at seven universities. It was funded by Unilever.

Even if a woman has eye bags, wrinkles, and a greying hair, a rosy and firm set of lips will make them appear younger.

“When we identified people who looked young for their age, we were struck by the difference in their lips,” said David Gunn, a research scientist at Unilever.

“It is a feature that is strongly genetically determined and relatively easy to measure.”

However, the study shows that there is little we can do to keep the youthful appearance of our lips since that is determined by genes. Wrinkles, age spots, and sun damage, on the other hand, were equally influenced by both genetic and environmental factors.
